Avaya BCM450 R6 Password

Hello, I haven't used a BCM in a while and just got one in from one of my customers. BUT the password has been changed and they don't remember it. Does Avaya have to log into it to reset it? And if they do, will I lose the keycodes that are in it? I'm just rusty with this and don't want to mess this up.

Hi Brent,

Avaya can reset the nnadmin password provided that the Challenge Key Secret still default (trust no one) or that it is known.

You will need to create a Service Request for it.
