I have a problem with avaya voicemail pro.
Customer requirement: some body call from outside vm will answer and callers can enter the extension number if that extension not answering it will play another greeting ( eg: please dial another extension or * for leave message)
The problem is
call transfer time caller can hear music on hold. customer want only ringing
and
if extension is not answering the message will play( ( eg: please dial another extension or * for leave message) if the caller enter * it is not going to that extension mail box
Please give me a solution for that
Because panasonic tvm is giving this facility built in
expecting your replay
