Music on Hold

We want to listen to the MOH on the phone and have given it *61on the phone to listen to it. The problem is the phone will not override the music and let a call ring thru. It acts like the phone is off hook. What do we need to change in the program string

Because the feature is just to make sure that the MOH is working, not to entertain you as background music. System is working as designed.
