We are using the BCM 450 (6.0 Release) in our environment. We have users who rely on the CallPilot Desktop Messaging application for managing their e-mails through Outlook.
Obviously, we've been rolling out new laptops with Office 2013.
With Outlook 2013 we cannot get voicemails to sync. With Outlook 2010 we were able to install the application, then setup the voicemail access through Outlook manually as an IMAP account. This allow the voicemails to come through and allowed the user to still use the application for listening to the files. We're able to install the application fine on Windows 7 (x32/x64), but we can't setup the voicemail manually anymore.
Has anyone else ran into this issue?
