Ipo upgrade 8..1(63) to 8.1(79) help

I am trying to upgrade my ipo from release 8.1(63) to 8.1(79), but after upgrade procedures phone sets 14xx do not work. I've installed the ip office manager 8.1.79 from avaya website and bin files but checking in the upgrade screen only the box itself was upgraded to the new version. According to the license field, i do not need another license. I copied the bin files to the sd card but doesn't work.
What i missed or did worng?? Please, help my switch is not working.

Make sure that your tftp server settings are set up correctly, as the phone needs an upgrade.
