    IP OFFICE 500v2

    Hi


    I want to create a group and when a member of this group receive a call simultaneously appears on the other phone and can answer this call.

    Please Help Me

    You need to use IP Office Manager to add a new Group.

    Set the group's 'Ring Mode' to 'Collective'.

    Then in the 'User List' add all the users that you want to ring when their is a call to the group's extension number.

        It is exactly the answer to you question. You need to state the question better!

        Do you mean you want the phone of someone who is not part of the group to also be able to see and answer the call? - if so they would need a Group button for that hunt group added to their phone. The button would allow then to see when there are calls to the group waiting to be answered and to answer the first call in the group's queue.

                Have you considered using Bridge Appearance keys? This adds coverage to other extensions.
