    Cannot add Personal Contact

    I have an IP Office user who is connected to the system via a 1416 phone.
    In the contacts, when press 'new', it does *not* give me the 'Directory: Name?" prompt. It just stays at "DIAL NAME". Other users work correctly.
Loading
