general delivery mail box. I see it has been built as HUNT GROUP 200 and seems to have been set to overflow to 100 GENMBOX. The calls come in and never seem to route to 100 but I can internally dial 100 and hit the mailbox. I was told it stopped working in December, yes I know...

I can also FORWARD unconditionally to another extension, but it will never get to GENMBOX 100 just RNA?

1) Which voicemail is this? Embedded Voicemail or Voicemail Pro.

2) With IP Office, when a call goes to voicemail it always goes to the mailbox of the original target of the call. So if you route incoming calls to 100 or dial 100, regardless of how you then forward the call it will always go to the mailbox of 100.

If you have Voicemail Pro you can override that if you want. Alternatively, have the calls routed to 200 in the first place.
