Transfer call to virtual ext

So I'm trying to setup a virtual extension that unconditionally forwards to a fax line. My customer wants to be able to transfer calls that accidentally show up on the main to the fax line.

When they do the transfer to the extension, it transfers on their end but nothing happens on the calling end. Monitoring the line just shows the call stays on hold.

Anyone with ideas or suggestions?

The fax line is connected to line 4 on IP Office and the main line is connected to line 1

Enable the option Allow trunk to trunk transfer

If the Fax line is connected to the IP Office on Line 4, surely the Fax machine is connected to one of the "Phone" ports, and has an extension number. When you receive an incoming Fax call on one of the voice lines, press Transfer and dial the extension number of the Fax machine, and then press Transfer again to complete.
