    IP Office Manger unable to log in remotely via modem

    I am having issues with remote dial up access on several release 8.1 and 9.0 IP Offices

    I am able to connect via the dial up modem using RemoteManager. I am able to ping the IP Office, when I open Manager I am able to see the IP Office in the list, however when I try to log in I get Log in failed to IP Office. I am using the Administrator account with the correct password and confirmed the username and password work locally when connecting to the IP Office.

    I am connecting remotely to the IPO modem using a DID on a PRI.

    The first question would be are you able to log in with the same credentials locally?

    If you do, does it take long time to get the error or straight away? are you validating the configuration when opening it?
