My embbebed voicemail is full and I'm not receive any voicemail, how can I clear the voicemails from the IP Office?

Go in and listen to them and delete them manually. Otherwise just listen to them and the system housekeeping will automatically delete them 24 hours later.
If you have system administrator access, you can delete the .clp files in the /system/primary/dynamic/LVMail folder. But be careful as some of those files are peoples names, greetings and announcements so you need to look at the file information before deleting.
