    CCR Scheduled Tasks / Services

    HI All,

    We have a customer on Rls9.0 CCR (9.0.0.189) installed on Win2k8 SP2 64bit.

All has been well for approx 30 days, then out of the blue (or so it would seem!) the print discovery service stops, and trying to run or alter any scheduled service results in a message that the problem should be reported to the system administrator, and the problem has been logged.

There are no entries in the diagnostics logs, but in Windows event viewer, we see an event 2016, and a 4001, both hint at a username / password issue, but the customer swears that nothing has been changed.

We have also tried running that service under the local admin account.

Just wondered if anyone has come across this issue on 9.0 or earlier?

    Thanks in advance, Dave.

There are five services for CCR to run. Four of those are set to local account. The printer discovery service must be set to an administrator account. This service is what drives housekeeping scheduler.

Go into Services>AvayaIPOCCR Printer Discovery Service> right click>go to Properties> Change account to the User and password that was set up when you installed CCR.
