5610SW ip detected as a 4610

Hi there,

just adding a couple of new handsets and the 5610SW ip phone i have is being detected as either unknown or 4610 and as such the screen is blank.

any clues on fixing this ?

This seems like a Configuration corruption to me.

Please delete them from the Manager -> Users as well as manager -> Extension.

Save the configuration.

Create them again and send the configuraiton back to IP office.
