Setting up holiday configuration for reception

We have IP office Manager version 10.1 (56)
and Voicemail pro client Version s.1.2004.0.

I dont know anything about setting things up for holidays like Christmas or other days when the organizaton is on reduced service. Obviously we want a different message eg. "Its a holiday bla bla bla."

Is there a calendar that can set these up for repeated holidays.

Also In the vmpro there is a folder in modules called recordings. It seems to have some prompts to change day greetings night greetings, holiday greetings. These have been set up so that We can access them by dialing *88.
But what I dont now is how to activate it. I dont really know how the interface between the vmpro and the IP office work together.

Im trying to give as much info as possible but not really sure what Im looking for.

    Thanks.

You need to configure the The Conditions Editor in your VMPro. Please refer the section 3.22

    There are certain Condition Elements:

The following different types of elements can be added to a condition.
    · Calendar

Select days from the calendar (up to 255 days) which, if the current date matches a selected day, cause the element to be 'true'. · Week Planner

Select days of week, and then a time period on each of those days, that should cause the element to be 'true'.
    · Condition

Select an existing condition that is then used as an element within another condition.
    · Compare

Compare one value to another using a selected criteria such as "Is equal to" or "Is greater than or equal to" and
return 'true' when the criteria is meet. The values compared can be the current value of call variables and or number values entered directly.

Using a Calendar element, a condition is created so that calendar dates such as public holidays can be accounted
    for.
    · The two conditions need to be combined so that the call flow treats calls during working hours differently to calls
received outside working hours and on bank holidays.
1.Click the Element List icon in the toolbar.
2.Click Condition.3.Click the Week Planner in the Condition Editor window. The condition is placed in the Condition Editor
    window.
4.Open the properties of the condition element by double-clicking .
    5.Select the Calendar condition result.
6.Click logic options and select a NOT action. Click Condition to apply the logical option.
7.Click OK. The condition is now true when it is between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday and not a holiday.
