    SIP Trunk

    Hi,
    I'm having issue on my VM Pro. I use my VM Pro for remote access ( DISA ). Using the PSTN line, I have no issue to call into the remote access and able to transfer to external. But calls coming from the SIP Trunk to the remote access, the call unable to transfer to external. Any idea?

    Hi - i think there is an option in Manager to connect incoming and outgoing - trunk to trunk transfer option? Not really sure though. Anyone else tried this? If so, post your thoughts.

      You may have to look at some of the SIP refer settings. Some SIP providers don't like calls coming in on one SIP trunk being routed back out on the same trunk. There are some specific settings in the IP Office configuration that help resolve that.
