    Resetting voicemail to user first log in prompt

    I was wondering if there was a way, maybe through editing one of the config .txt files in the users voicemail folder, to reset the voicemail to give the prompt like it was a users first log in. Any idea if this is possible? Or do I have to delete the old user and add a new user for that prompt to reset? Im using ip office r8.1.

    I would imagine that you could delete the account folder for the user and restart the service. ¨That should create teh folder from scratch and hence have the default greating.

    I haven´t tried myself but it is worth giving it a shot.

    Let us know if it works.
