    Cannot receive voicemail messages

    Hi.
    I have one user that cannot receive any voicemail messages. When I login to her mailbox from inside or outside, it says she has 0 messages. I've logged in to the IP Office Manager and ensured that the user's Voicemail On setting is checked and active.
    I've checked Voicemail Pro Client (Intuity) and browsed to Specific Start Points > Users. I noticed that the user's Last Access has "NEVER ACCESSED" message, even though she is currently accessing it. She can send out voicemail messages but cannot receive.

    Specs:
    Avaya IP Office 9508.
    IP 500 V2
    IP Office Manager 10.1 (67)

    Maybe the user's voice mailbox got corrupted? If so, how to fix corrupted voice mailbox?
    This error is only happening on one user.

    Weird one, I would do the following:
    -Delete the folder in the VM Pro accounts.
    -Delete the user in Manager.
    -Merge
    -Create teh user again
    -Save and reboot
    -Restart the Voicemail Service, the folder should be created

    Try to access again
