Avaya IP Office with Genesys

I‘ve integrated Avaya IPO 500 v2 with Genesys via SIP trunk. I can make calls from Avaya IPO users (analogue/IP/SIP) to SIP users registered with Genesys and vice versa. I can’t seem to figure out how to make outbound calls from Genesys SIP users through Avaya IPO PRI trunk.

Any suggestions?

In teh SIP URI you will need to have an entry with wildcards, and from there a shortcode to route the calls through the PRI.

i.e Genesys will dial 8888, teh SIP trunk will accept it as it has the wildcard *, tehn you will need to have a shortcode like 8XXX, to dial on the PRI
