    call forward All indications

    Hello
    Is it possible to get an indication on the phone button like the scenario below:

    scenario: user 211 is on call forward All position to user 200.
    user 200 received a call for user 211 and want to transfer the call to the user 211
    but user 200 doesn't know that a user 211 is on call forward All position.

    Unlikely that you would see that information on a button (it maybe greyed out if it is a user button), but you would want to have something like One-X portal to see more detailed information?
