So we had a relatively successful install of our new IPO 500V2 three weeks ago. I am our sole technician and I did 99% of the installation.
IPO 9.0.2.860 (most recent release I think)
Embedded Voicemail
25 9611G IP endpoints.
Cisco SG500 gig/poe switches
We started to see some bizarre things from day 1...
-at least one instance of a person losing a voicemail they listened to and saved.
-ringtones changing randomly on some phones after config saves that require a reboot.
-after an outage yesterday we have several users reporting they lost their custom voicemail greeting. It simply went back to the default "built-in" greeting.
-yesterday we had phones black out for 5 minutes without warning. The phone system was still ping-able from my workstation so I don't think it was a network issue.
Bad SD card? I have heard some batches of System SD cards can corrupt pretty easily.
Otherwise I'm out of options. Does Avaya offer any kind of warranty support? The unit is a mere 3 months old and these issues don't seem like an incorrect setting in IPO.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
