I have a problem in UCM card and it happened to me a few tickets
IP500V2 version 9 UC Card Version 8.1
System worked well and her address was 192.168.42.2
My problem is I cannot get into the system with a browser
Reset the IP500 several times by default along with the card but it did not help
After the reset I tried to enter a default address HTTP / / 192.168.42.1:7070
I could not
After the reset I get an IP address 169.254.0.2 in the field of VM
How do I know what the address of the card?

If the UCM hasn't been taken through the initial ignition, then its IP address is the same as your IP500 V2, so try 192.168.42.2:7070.

If the UCM has been ignited and given its own IP address, that is shown in IP Office Manager. Select Control Unit from the navigation tree. One of the modules listed will be UC Module. Select it and the details page includes its IP address.

Do not change the Voicemail address. That is a private internal address for the link between the IP500 V2 and the UCM.

You will need to use a USB key to upgrade the UCM to Version 9.0 to match your IP Office.
