ATM trunk lines

what would cause analog trunk lines to cut off during a call.

1. A break in the line voltage which is being detected by the IP Office.
2. Earth / grounding on the trunks? Make sure that the system is earthed (look on the back of the control unit, you will see the earth point)?
3. Person at the other end hanging up the call? Sometimes people do get fed up and just hangup. (well not with me they dont, but it could happen) :-)
