Hi..
I am a newbie on this so.. please help
I'm having a problem to set SIP trunk from IPO 500 to Quintum Tenor AFM 400 on our branch office (our HO and Branch office are not connected with VPN). When I NATed the IPO500, I was unable to register to the IPO but I was able to access the IPO via web browser. When I leave the configuration like this my IPO was hacked and as a result my International calling fees arise, and I notice there were some anomaly inside the IPO such as the creation of unknows extension and those extensions were occupying my outgoing channel.
So I restore the configuration to the previous config, change the default password, un-check auto creat extension/user on the IPO, and set the IPO to a new network separated from the Internet.
But, this is not the solution of our need, which is to connect to our branch via Internet (no VPN)
Can anyone help me and suggest a working scenario without adding a new hardware?
any response would be great because my distributor keep saying "not supported"
