    1403 Login Help

    In my office there is Avaya ip office system and using 1403 telephones.Something happened to my extn. no and no incoming calls are getting.When I check on the phone display showing "Login".I press on login and asking for the extn no. then press # and asking for password.I don't know what is the password.Please provide me the password.

    The login code will have been set when the phone was installed, there is no default.

    You could try 0000 which, if it works, means your installer should be told off.

    Also try dialing *35 or *36 (can't remember which one).

    Otherwise you need programming access to the system to set a new login code.
