    Agents Breaks in CCR reports

    I have configured 10 Reason Codes in my AVAYA IP-Office but my CCR reporter is only display Lunch at one place while all the remaining other codes sum up in a single field(Agent Time Card Report). As per documentation,it is standard design of the report. Is there any other way with which I can see the time of each reason code separately.
