Avaya One-X Mobile Preffered for IPO Android

Hi all,

Good day everyone! Anyone can help me on How to log out to Avaya One-X Mobile Preffered for IPO using Android and sign in to different user. I can't log out and sign in with different user and it's stock up with the last user you logged in. Thanks in advance!

It is all in settings, once setting are working the app logs in automatically upon launch, so you would launch, go to settings and change user/password, logoff, relaunch. Make sure the users call back cell number is correct for what you are trying to do.

Problems I have seen are when a user uses both a hardphone and 1x, he may be left 'logged out' of his hardphone when exiting the app....I like how when logging into softphone it logs you out of hardphone and when loged out of softphone you are returned to hardphone. (now if softphone just worked on MAC (it broke 2 releases ago of MAC OSX....pretty poor of Avaya to not keep it updated)
