    1608-I No file SV address

    Hi, I need help with my phone. We currently have multiple locations. Few employees are on the 1416 Avaya phone, and a few are on the 1608-I.

    We have 2 employees with the 1608-I phones that are having issues. Their phone screen was just blank. They tried unplugging the phone and connecting it back in and it startup and then shows the error "No file SV address" and then the screen goes blank again after.

    I looked at the TFTP server IP on IP Manager and there is an IP there. However, the HTTP server IP is showing 0.0.0.0

    I am not sure that is how it should be or not.

    Can anyone help me on getting this phone to work again?

    I am not sure how to fix it as I am pretty new to the company so not too familiar with the system.
