Good morning,
we're trying to enable the CCBS funcion (Call Completion on Busy Subscriber) on Avaya IP Office 500 v2.
Our ISDN line has the CCBS service enabled, we made a test connecting a ISDN phone directly and it works.
However it doesn't seem to work when the ISDN line is connected to the IP Office.
We enabled CCBS Support from the IP Office configuration panel but it didn't change anything. Is there something we missed?
