I have an IPO 9, with One-X portal for IPO, version 9 as well.
I forwarded ports 5222 and 8444 in the firewall to the 1X server.
I created the internal and external DNS records so the phone apps can connect from any location [wifi or 3/4g].
I have iPhones in the organization all over the place, all of them work flawlessly.
I have tried getting 4 android phones to work, all but one failed with the message "Partially Connected - Attempting to establish communication with MyBuddy"
The phone that works is on un-rooted version 4.1.2. One of the ones that isn't working is rooted 4.1.2, but not a custom rom. One with a custom rom and 4.2.2 isn't working, and another is un-rooted 4.2.x, also not working.
Any thoughts?
