How to prevent Pickup via User BLF button?

Hallo,

a customer raised the following question. The yuse a lot of BLF usre buttons to see the staust of the different users. it is used for receptionist and for secretarys. The issue they have is that if the remot epèhoen rigns and you press the BLF button oyu will be able to pick up the call.

Is there a way to prevent call pickup via the User BLF button?

I am using IP Office Server Edition Rls 9. I think that issue is related to the user button feature of IPO, I will raise a GRIP request. Or what do you think?
