    Forward Calls to SIP Trunk

    Greetings

    There are a call center using IPOffice. on night shift I need to transfer the calls to other SIP Call Center.

    The call Center Provider Give me an Static IP to transfare the calls on it.


    How can I configure this scenario

    It should be like any other call that you forward, the only limitation would be that your provider will allow you send the original callers ID or not.

    In the HG, for the Night Service Fall Back group set it up to one HG with just one user (dummy, it does not need to have a phone), that user should have Forward unconditional to the desired location and HG calls eligible for forwarding.

    It should do what you are after, but check what caller ID is used.

      Make sure that you have setup the SUP trunk and that you have enough channel licenses for SIP trunking.

      As your CC Provider gave you an IP address you might to setup a shortcode or ARS with xyz@<CC IP Address> fro call routing.
