    TAPI Not Working After Upgrade

    Recently a customer upgraded their IP Office from version 8.1 to version 9.0. Since the upgrade, the TAPI TSP installed on another box can no longer see the Avaya extensions. Any ideas? Do I need a new version of the TSP as well? Where do I get the latest version?

    Grab the User 4.2(57) and you will find updated TAPI drivers

      I've installed the latest TSP that came with IP Office 9.0 and am still having the same issue.

        Fixed

        It seems that the upgrade reset the password that the TSP uses to connect to the default one.
