Remote siye not using VPN

Hi,

New to this forum. We have an IPO500v2 8,1 software, a remote site has 4x 9608 connecting over external ip but are having a nighmare with phones freezing and crashing.

Any advice welcom

What are you seeing on the phones before they freeze?

How do the phones work if at the main site. If the Jitter/delay or bandwidth is an issue, the phones will timeout and lockup..
