Avaya ACS xfr to cell phone

How can I transfer calls to a cell phone with an Avaya Partner Messaging System Release 7.0 and Partner ACS 7.0?

I have tried to use Feature#322, but when I try to forward F11 XX to 80, it will not allow me to forward to any extension starting with an 8 or 9. Help!

In System Programming, #322-(Extension Number)-1 allows the extension the ability to forward to an outside number.

Next you have to program the outside number into one of the Personal Speed Dial locations assigned to that extension. Those are 80 through 99.

Once the outside number has been programmed, Feature 11-(Extension Number)-(Speed dial location from 80 through 99) will be accepted.

You must be sure that the phone being forwarded is not restricted from dialing the outside number, has available lines assigned to it, and the Automatic Line Selection for that extension is not Intercom first, but rather selects outside lines.

If it is not allowing you to set the forward to 80-99, I would guess that #322 is not assigned to the extension.
