Can ACS T1 system be used with PRI service from AT&T IP flex?

There are some restrictions for the T1 module:
Partner T1 module will only accept a fractional T1 for voice calls(channels 9 - 24) - No PRI Service
The first 8 channels can be used for data if there is an external Channel Service Unit (CSU) before the system
The T1 has to to programmed with the Partner ACS PC Administration software
The T1 module has to be in the left most slot of the 5 slot carrier or in the 2 slot carrier
The T1 module has the capacity to use Direct Inward Dial (DID) signaling to direct a call to a specific extension
