ICT Error: "Wrong version of the application!"

Hello,

we have a customer with an integral 5. I would edit the TAPI devices.
If i start the ICT (Integral Customer Tool) and enter the password a message appears:
"Wrong version of the application!" or in german "Falsche Version der Applikation"
I've tested Version 4201 and 4302 in german and english.

Have anyone an idea for me.
