Hi all
I am trying to setup an out of hours voicemail for our IT support line on IP Office Manager 6.0. I realise it is probably really out of date but upgrading it and learning how to use it properly is another story. I will also mention I don't know how to use it all that well, as it was setup for us by someone else a long time ago. I can get by managing people's extensions and the phone directory but that's about it.
Anyway on the same box we have Voicemail Pro client, which I've also managed to setup a rudimentary call routing system. E.g. it will play a greeting message, press 1 if you have a new request, 2 for existing, sorry we're busy etc. Would it be best to put the time profile in here and if so how do I go about doing that?
Alternatively I believe it may be possible in IP Office Manager, using time profiles and hunt groups? If that's the better option then how do I set it up?
I appreciate there may be some confusion as I am not all that familiar with this in the first place, so please ask any questions...
