Hi,
I've got a very weird issue occurring...
One of my users is getting voicemails of another user's telephone calls. The phone does not ring, but just shows a new voicemail.
The user getting the voicemail doesn't have the voicemail option turned on, but is part of a hunt group that does. However, when looking in System Status, the hunt group shows as having no voicemails.
The user that accepts the call and is being recording is not linked via forwarding or twinning to anything else, nor does he press any buttons prior to/during the calls. It is not happening on all calls, but when it does it records from the moment the call is answered to the moment it has finished.
I have switched off the voicemail option for the hunt group for now as it's not strictly necessary anyway.
Any ideas what is causing this problem?
Thanks,
Kay
