IP500 v2 - LAN and WAN ports - use both on internal LAN?

We have an IP Office 500 v2 - this has two ports on the rear, one labelled LAN and one labelled WAN. We only use the LAN port.

We need to migrate the system and phones to a new subnet and vLAN. Can we configure this on the WAN port, essentially making it a second internal LAN connection? This will allow for testing and a phased migration of handsets.

Yes you can as long as the ip range is different.
