    Remote H323 Authentication Error

    Set up a remote H323 extension on an R9 sp3 system. System is behind a pfsense and I've configured ports as described in the documentation (1719/1720). Phone is a 9611 and even after logging in with the correct extension / login code I'm getting an authentication error. Any ideas?

    You can try to login the same user in same network.ie: not as remote user,like user in same network. Also take the Sysmon trace when the user is trying to login as a remote user.
    Compare the two traces. Which will provide you more clarity regarding the authentication error.
    You need to be sure that the IPO server can be pinged from the remote site.
    Advised to turn off 802.1q on the phone.
