    Automated Attendant

    I have a customer with IP Office 500v2 version 9, with three Embedded Automated Attendant handled automatically with three different time profile , the customer requires the ability 'to manage them manually without time profile via the programmable keys on a phone avaya 1416 ...
    There is the possibility to set what the customer asks? some suggestions?

    you could have the hunts groups out of service and night service destinations defined , then you add a button to activate the features , depending on which fallback is selected the calls route accordingly.
