Scenario :
Public exchange-----ISDN line-------IPO500v2--------sip_trunk------asterisk system
An incoming ISDN MSN is associated to an IPO500 extension
This IPO500 extension is forwarded unconditionally to an asterisk extension
Thus an incoming call on that MSN makes the Asterisk extension ring but I can't see the external caller ID on Asterisk phone, I see the forwarded IPO500 extension ID instead.
Note that:
- any of IPO500 extension CID is displayed on Asterisk phone when calling the forwarded IPO one.
- external caller CID is displayed on the IPO500 extension when not forwarded to Asterisk
- any of IPO extension calling directly the asterisk one make Asterisk phone to display the right CID
Is there a way to make IPO to pass the original external Caller ID to forwarded destination ??
