IP Office MS Lync 2013 Plug In - Dialplan Configuration
Hello,
our customer uses MS Lync 2013 and wants to integrate the MS Lync clients with the new communication infrastructure (Avaya IP Office 500v2 + VoiceMailPro + One-X Portal). Both systems VMPro and One-X Portal are installed on a Windows 7 PC and running properly. The installation of the Lync Plugin was working without any bigger issue as well.
The issue I have now is that I could not figure out how to configure the dialing plan rules to allow to work properly with the Luxembourg Dialing Plan. As Information;
- we do not have any area codes
- we have a flexible number length which can be between 6-10 digits
Do you have any suggestions how to setup the dialing plan?
