Trying , (Mute 25327 #) to return set back to factory. Not working... other docs say to see chapter 7 of Avaya one-X™ Deskphone Edition for 9600 Series IP Telephones Administrator Guide unable to locate. Can anyone help...

Hi,

The admin guide is wrong.
You have to type Mute C R A F T # (2 7 2 3 8) to access the craft menu. And then you will be able to clear phone config.
