Partner Voice Messaging V3.0 Automated Attendant

The system is setup and running with the AA currently.
The phones all ring once before the AA picks up the line.
I was trying to set the AA up so that no phones would ring for the initial call, only when someone has selected that ext.
Is there a way to setup the AA system so that no rings are heard on incoming call?

Yes, simply set the phones to NO ring, then you won't hear the 1/2 ring before the auto attendant answers.

However, you should set 1 or more phones to DELAYED ring, so if the automated attendant is unable to answer, the phone will begin to ring on the 4th incoming ring. (If voicemail should fail, or if both voicemail ports are in use with incoming calls, people checking messages, etc)

    From Ext. 10 or 11:

    Press Feature and dial 00
Press the Left Hand Intercom button Twice to enter System Programming
Press the Right Hand Intercom button Once to enter Centralized Telephone Programming
Dial the Extension Number to be programmed

The line buttons will light up, with Solid lights for lines with Immediate Ring, slow Flashing lights for lines with Delayed Ring, and fast Fluttering lights for lines with No Ring.

Press each line button to toggle between Immediate, Delayed, and No Ring, until the extension is set the way you want it

Press the Right Hand Intercom button and dial the next extension number to change, OR, press Feature and dial 00 to exit.
