    Managing multiple calls

    Hello

    I would like to know how to enable an extension to manage multiple calls (e.g. while on a call, they can receive another and switch between them - not speak to both at once). The users use Avaya Phone Manager 4.2.40 and we use IP Office Manager 6.0 (I think? Sorry I'm learning as I go here - someone else set it all up).

    Are there any specific settings that need enabling? I think it's something to do with Call Waiting, which the user has enabled on their extension. They can receive a call after the first and switch to it but I can't work out how to switch back to the other while keeping the first caller on hold.

    Any help is appreciated.

    you need to create park slots , assign 2.3.4 slots then a call comes in the caller ads the person to the first park slot , deals with the second call and can toggle between them all at the push of a button
