ip office with analogue handset help

I have an Avaya ip office manager version 5.2(61) system which has 3 analogue polycom soundstation2 handsets.
the ip office is a ip 406 ds version 3.2 (61)
1 works perfectly well, but the other two will not ring when you attempt to call them. You can call out from them but they will not receive any calls.
iv matched the phones settings within the office manager console to the good phone, attempted to enter the phone number into the handset, used *35*n# t make sure the number was logged into the phone, *09 to take off any numbers that are barred, the number rings when you call it but no on the handset.
can any one help me find the cause of this?

The analogue station port for the Polycom conference phone is different from a digital station port for the 5410 telephone set. The 5410 is connected to the battery voltage on the analogue port, and that's why it powers up, but can't talk to the control unit. You need to figure out where on the patch panel or punch blocks the jack from the conference rooms lands, and move the connector from a "Phone" port to a "DS" port.
