Voicemail Pro (VM Pro 9.0.12.0 Build 1)

Running into the issue at the moment where the Voicemail Pro services keeps stopping. Need to constantly restart the services almost every 30 mins. Has anyone ever run into this issue before and found a solution for it?

First thing to do is to connect with the Voicemail Pro client and then look at the Help | About menu. It will show the licenses that the voicemail service has obtained from the IP Office. The voicemail service will run for a long period without licenses before stopping (I thought that was 2 hours but its still good to check your licenses).

You haven't said anything about what sort of Voicemail Pro (server edition primary, application server, UCM) and what type of IP Office (server edition, IP500).

Thank you for your input. We are using Voicemail Pro Client Version 11.0.4.8 Build 2. IP Office is version 11.0.4.7 Build 6. For the mean time we added a script to restart the services every 30 mins but would like to fix this correctly.

We did indeed check the Help/About menu and doesn't look like its a licensing issue.

Any other ideas you have is much appreciated if you have come across this before.

      Thank you!

If I squint at that screenshot, it appears to say "0 ports" for voicemail (and for everything else). That's a big licensing issue.

        1) Check that the voicemail password set on the voicemail server matches the one set in the IP Office system's security settings.

        2) In the IP Office configuration, check that the Preferred Edition license and Voicemail Channel licenses are listed as valid. Also, depending on how your system is licensed, you may need to Remote Server tab and reserve the licenses.
