IP Office 11.0.x upgrading to 11.1.x and up Voicemail Pro

    Hello Guru's!
I have a question on when IP Office and Voicemail Pro are at 11.0.x and the customer wants to upgrade to 11.1.x or 12.x there Voicemail Pro is running on a Windows PC OS. What is the procedure to upgrade to a Linux based PC? What Linux OS is needed and are there specific instructions on upgrading from a Windows based OS to Linux for Voicemail Pro?

    Thanks

The IP Office software installation process includes installing the Linux required (IP Office R11.1 uses CentOS 7, IP Office R12 uses Rocky Linux). Probably best to go straight to R12 as R11.1 as the last service pack for R11.1 is imminent - but a lot depends on what type of IP Office server you actual have and how it is licensed (I assume its an IP500 but you didn't say).

As for voicemail migration from Windows server to IP Office Application server migration: https://documentation.avaya.com/bund...Migration.html
