Unresolved FQDN with IP Office and Avoxi

I am having an issue with SIP Trunks from AVOXI, where the FQDN is not being resolved on the IP Office. The IP Office is currently running 11.0. What fields should I go to fix the issue.

I am having an issue with SIP Trunks from AVOXI and Geometry Dash Lite, where the FQDN is not being resolved on the IP Office. The IP Office is currently running 11.0. What fields should I go to fix the issue.

Check that the “ITSP Domain Name” and “SIP Registrar FQDN” are entered correctly. Sometimes clearing the cached registration and re-saving the line forces a fresh DNS lookup. If it still fails, you might need to test using a direct IP address temporarily to verify connectivity.
